Welcoming reception staff who were always pleasant. Excellent location only a few steps from the cathedral and near lots of bars and restaurants. Room was a bit on the small size( called a comfort room on the description) but was OK. but the bathroom was a good size. We liked the fact that the radiator meant we could control heating manually and keep the bathroom warm. Kettle and coffee machine gave us a choice of drinks. Staff were more than happy to replenish coffee pods, tea bags and also provided fresh milk, with a choice of warm or cold. God wi-fi. Clean. Bed was large and very comfortable. Nice bar and reception areas.

Just the perfect spot for being close to the main sights of Strasbourg. It is perfectly located in relation to the cathedral, yet surprisingly not at all noisy in our room. The staff were most obliging, the breakfast was ample, though I guess after a few days it might be nice to have some variation in the hot dishes for breakfast. Having said that, the next few places we stayed at only offered cold cuts and cheeses in the savoury department, so cannot complain. Incidentally, if you are a fan of flea markets, the Saturday market is just a couple of minutes walk from the back entrance to the hotel. There were lots of artisan food items on sale nearby too.

Excellent location, central to all sight seeing and near to many restaurants. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms very clean - would certainly return to stay if I went to Strasbourg again. Absolutely nothing to complain about. Excellent value for money.

I booked this for the proximity to the Xmas markets and you cannot be disappointed with less than 50 meters!!! Hotel was great and the room perfect The price was very good compared to others around for and found it cheaper than some on the outside of the island Book it early or miss out Good staging post for day trips

Location is on a street that leading to the Cathedral in about 150 meter. A lot of shops and eateries are around. It is clean, Elevator, water system and room condition are working well, despite that it is in an old building. Staff are all helpful and knowledgable on travel information and tried to go extra miles when answering questions, especially Jeffrey who spent extra effort to fix my cellphone and help me to find and book a tour.

The location is great, except it's a bit inconvenient from the train station if you have a heavy suitcase. Breakfast was great, staff was kind, and the room was spacious and very comfortable.

We were upgraded into a superior room (the suite) and it was luxurious. The location of the hotel couldn't be better, really central, almost directly opposite the cathedral. The breakfast was varied and plentiful, served in a relaxed atmosphere. The breakfast staff, as all the other members of staff were really friendly and helpful. Full marks all round.

Breakfast was not only generous and nicely presented - we much appreciated the high quality of each offering. Staff at the desk on arrival and departure extremely pleasant and efficient plus the breakfast staff as well. Though our room was on the front overlooking the walking street the double windows helped greatly with most noise below - except the trash collectors... can't help that anywhere!

Great location.Comfortable room which was spacious ,really great night's sleep.Lovely bathroom and separate vwc too..Very quiet and peaceful The breakfast choice was good in a lovely open plan area. Above all the staff were friendly ,polite and so friendly and helpful.Made our stay memorable

It is just across the Cathedral. It is in the center of activities. The 2 rooms are clean , bed sheets, pillows and duvet are crisp white. The bathroom fixtures are new and moderm. All the staff are nice and very helpful esp Ms Corinne. The breakfast buffet has excellent continental selections. I highly recommend this place.
